Marielle Styles

Marielle was born in Southern Africa on a game farm near the Kruger National Park. Growing up carefree with wild animals, this was soon replaced with university study in the city. Graduating as a specialist teacher with an honours degree in teaching children with learning difficulties, she enjoyed 12 years in the teaching profession before moving to New Zealand with her husband and four daughters.

In 2016, after weight and health struggles, she began to explore nutrition as a sustainable means of healing and losing weight. After stumbling on the ketogenic diet, she changed her entire lifestyle, loving the ease of this way of life and the amazing health benefits it provides. Her passion led her to studying Health Coaching through PREKURE and then upskilling her keto knowledge even further, with the deep science-based teaching of internal medicine physician, Dr Annette Bosworth.

She opened her Health Coaching practice in 2020, helping many clients reverse chronic illnesses, gain health and lose weight, as well as supporting patients in their healing with anxiety, depression, autoimmune and metabolic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and PCOS. Along with her private practice, Marielle now joins the Reversal NZ team, with her specialist keto knowledge and passion for helping and providing people with the tools to improve their own health.

Recently acquiring a further certification in Nutritional Science, Marielle continues to stay at the forefront of new developments in the keto industry to bring her clients the best care possible.
